FOR Oldham RLFC the big build-up to Sunday’s fifth-round Ladbrokes Challenge Cup tie with Hull KR at Bower Fold starts with the public appearance of the magnificent trophy at the Vestacare Stadium between 6pm and 7.30 pm this evening (Thursday).
Fans can have their picture taken with it; watch the players in training; and go into a draw to win a ticket for the Challenge Cup final at Wembley on Saturday, August 25 with FREE executive travel from the Vestacare to Wembley and back.
Tickets for the Hull KR tie will be on sale in the Roughyeds’ office (inside the Vestacare Stadium) between 6pm and 7.30pm when club merchandise will also be on sale.
The tie is NOT all-ticket (there will be cash turnstiles at Bower Fold) but by buying tickets in advance fans will help to ease turnstile congestion on Sunday and make it more comfortable for themselves.
Prices are as follows:
Standing: adults £14, concessions £12, under-16s £2.
Sitting: adults £16, concessions £14, under-16s £5.
Junior season-ticket holders get in FREE but they need to swop ticket voucher ‘A’ for a match ticket.
Pre and post-match hospitality is available, including match ticket, for £35 per head.
It also includes a two-course buffet pre-match, light refreshments at half-time, use of a private pay bar and pre and post match interviews and presentations.
Roughyeds also have available, at the bargain price of £55, a supply of Club Wembley tickets for the Challenge Cup final which includes FREE executive travel to Wembley and back.
The first 50 fans to take up that offer will be invited to take part in the pre-match Wembley Parade around the world-famous stadium and one of them will have the honour of carrying the Oldham RLFC flag.
