ASHTON Operatic Society’s latest production Hello, Dolly takes place at Oldham Coliseum between March 27-30.
The musical follows the story of Dolly Gallagher Levi – Vicki Clarkson – as she travels to Yonkers, New York, to find a match for the miserly unmarried half-a-millionaire Horace Vandergelder.
With great music, exciting dancing and plenty of humour this is a show that offers something for everyone.

Rehearsals are in full swing as opening night approaches and committee members are confident the combined talents of the production team together with a strong cast of principals, an energetic company and a great backstage crew that the performances will have audiences going home with a smile.
This will be the third time that the society has staged Hello Dolly – the first time featuring the well-known Emmerdale star Meg Johnson in the title role.
Opening night is March 27 with performances each evening at 7.30 pm until March 30 with a 2.30pm matinee on the Saturday. Tickets are £20.
