Susanna Hegarty, Head of School, said: ‘I couldn’t be prouder of this year’s students. These are amongst the strongest GCSE results we have achieved at Crompton House, but for me, the numbers only tell part of the story.

“Behind every result is a young person who has worked hard, overcome challenges and been supported by staff who genuinely care about their success.

“As a Church of England school, we want our young people to flourish in every sense, and seeing them achieve so much is a very special moment. I am incredibly proud of them, and immensely grateful to the staff and families who have helped them get here.”

Karl Newell, Chief Executive Officer of Crompton House Multi-Academy Trust, added: “Today we have celebrated the tremendous achievements of our GCSE students. These results are a fitting reward for their hard work, determination and commitment throughout their time at Crompton House.

“Behind every grade is an individual story of effort, perseverance and resilience, and we are incredibly proud of what our students have achieved. The significant improvement across our headline measures is also testament to the dedication of our teaching and support staff, who have worked tirelessly to help every student achieve their very best.”
